Organisation Fees

Every engagement begins with a 1 hour Challenge Framing Session.
  • £250 commitment fee — paid once your PERM® document is agreed and you’re ready to post your challenge.
  • This fee confirms your challenge for matching.
  • You then agree terms and fees directly with your matched adviser.
  • No success commission charged to organisations, no hidden costs, no recruiter overhead.

Included in the £250 commitment fee:

Framing Session Pricing

Every engagement begins with a 1-hour Challenge Framing Session. In this session, we co-create your PERM® document, a structured, strategic brief that sets the foundation for expert matching.

  1. Framing Session Fee: £250 (invoiced after the session, required to proceed to matching)

Membership is optional — and not required to get started. Right now, most organisations use pay-as-you-go clarity: £250 commitment fee to post a challenge. For those who want ongoing support, membership options will be introduced as the platform grows.

Pricing is equally straightforward. Advisers pay a flat 8% referral fee, with a 3% rebate if they exceed £40,000 in a calendar year. Businesses are only charged when Decomplexed® acts as the adviser—no recruiter overhead or pay-to-play bias. Experts carry liability, not you.
